Starting a project
What to send with a project question.
A photo, approximate size and any deadline are usually enough for us to understand what you need.
For oversized, fragile, unusual or already-framed pieces, photos of the front, back and sides are especially helpful.
For high-value or sensitive artwork, bring it as it is. Call first if moving it is a concern.
When the room, wall or access needs to be seen in person, we schedule a paid off-site consultation. We also coordinate outside delivery, installation, crating and specialized shipping when needed.

Old Town is our main framing showroom. North Scottsdale combines custom framing with artist services and Craft Giclée. Walk-ins are welcome at both locations; appointments are helpful when you want dedicated design time.
